Our Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date.

Please note:

1. Please ensure that the returned products are clean and hygienic. If we find any cosmetic residue or perfume smell on the returned products, we will refuse to accept them.
2. If the product is scratched or worn during the trial wear process, it will be refused, please check carefully before returning.
3. Please contact customer service before returning the product, and pack the returned product according to customer service guidelines. If the product is worn or damaged during transportation due to personal packing, it will be refused.
4. Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
